Purpose. Presence. Progress

At a time when etiquette, decorum, and intentional developmental training are increasingly absent in many inner-city communities, The Etiquette Series (TES) works diligently to restore their cultural relevance and lasting importance. Through accessible, no-cost programming, TES provides youth with the preparation, structure, and exposure necessary to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.

We intentionally address the critical factors that influence empowerment and long-term success for children and teens by helping dismantle limiting beliefs, strengthen self-esteem, and expand access to meaningful opportunities. By creating safe, structured, and inspiring environments, TES equips youth with the confidence, discipline, and mindset needed to thrive academically, socially, and professionally.

TES is dedicated to teaching youth and underserved urban communities the essential tools needed to cultivate a personal and professional lifestyle that aligns with their ultimate goals. We serve as a safe and empowering space, conditioning young men and women to reject perceived limitations and push beyond fear in order to bring their dreams to fruition.

Through intentional community engagement, humanitarian outreach, and free educational programs and experiences, TES provides youth with meaningful exposure to opportunities that foster empowered mindsets, progressive skillsets, unmatched mentorship, and priceless resources.

As core priorities of our organization, social and cultural arts, etiquette development, public speaking, technology education, wellness programming, and mission-driven travel experiences propel youth forward; unlocking new possibilities, expanding perspective, and strengthening their confidence to thrive in post-secondary education, careers, and community leadership.
