Oversee daily program operations and logistical coordination to ensure after-school programming, field trips, events, and youth engagement activities operate efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include program scheduling, facility coordination, staff coverage, attendance systems, operational documentation, grant compliance, and supporting staff supervision.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in nonprofit program management, youth programming, grant-funded initiatives, operations, staff coordination, or related fields.

Directly facilitate programming centered on emotional regulation, social etiquette, communication, conflict resolution, and violence prevention. This position will build trusted relationships with participants, lead group activities, monitor youth progress, and provide mentorship and support.
Preferred qualifications: Experience working directly with youth, facilitating groups, mentoring young people, and creating safe and engaging learning environments.

Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and individualized support to program participants. Specialists will help maintain safe and supportive environments, encourage consistent participation, assist youth with emotional regulation and conflict resolution, monitor participant well-being, and intervene appropriately when youth experience distress or conflict.
Ideal for: Credible messengers, mentors, youth development professionals, and individuals who are passionate about building authentic relationships with young people.

Help youth develop positive identity, confidence, communication skills, and emotional expression through digital storytelling and creative engagement. This position will facilitate structured storytelling activities, help participants document their growth and experiences, and support appropriate documentation of program activities.
Ideal for: Creative professionals with experience in youth engagement, digital media, storytelling, content creation, photography/video, communications, or related creative fields.

Manage grant and program performance data, including metric tracking, data-entry systems, dashboards, outcome analysis, and preparation for quarterly reporting. This role will help monitor progress toward funder and ICJIA performance benchmarks while ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Preferred qualifications: Experience managing grant performance data, program evaluation frameworks, dashboards, and nonprofit or government-funded program reporting.

Provide bookkeeping and financial management support to ensure grant and organizational funds are used appropriately and accurately documented. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing books for audits and Form 990 filings, supporting funder financial reports, monitoring grant expenditures, and assisting with financial compliance and disbursement processes.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with nonprofit accounting, grant-funded organizations, financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
